Biography for Cheryl Paddack
Cheryl Paddack has been the Executive Director of the Novato Youth Center since December 2008. Cheryl is an experienced non-profit and
for-profit professional with extensive experience in program administration, marketing, fundraising, budget management, and relationship cultivation.
Previously, she worked for eight years at Guide Dogs for the Blind, serving as Fundraising Events Director and Administrative Manager of Puppy Raising and Dog Placement programs. Prior to this, Cheryl resided in Vancouver, British Columbia/Canada, administering Power Smart energy efficient products and services for BC Hydro.
Cheryl currently serves as a Board Member for Non-Profits’ Insurance Alliance of California, for Big Brother Big Sisters of the North Bay, as well as the following Committees; Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership of Marin, Executive Directors’ Roundtable, Marin Subsidized Childcare Directors Committee, Novato Blue Ribbon Coalition for Youth, and Novato Youth Wellness Collaborative.
Ms. Paddack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a double major in Marketing and Economics, from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC. and currently resides in Novato with her family.
